Berkeley First have submitted plans for a redevelopment of NEC House in Park Royal.
The former home of electronics company NEC at 1 Victoria Road, North Acton, would be demolished, and replaced by a Carey Jones Chapman Tolcher Architects designed mixed-use scheme involving a group of buildings rising from three storeys at the south, to nineteen storeys at the northern end of the site.
They would contain 1,675sqm of office space, 96 units of student cluster apartments, 591 study rooms, and 65 students studios, along with retail and food & drink space.The development has been designed to achieve a BREEAM Very Good rating.
