Plans to redevelop Pickwick Walk Proposals have been approved on appeal.
The plans to convert the ten unit arcade in Hatch End into a single retail unit with a café were refused by LB Harrow. Owners Word & Krailing Pension Fund launched an appeal which has now been successful.
