Pernod Ricard has signed for space at Chiswick Park in Building 12.
CoStar reports Pernod Ricard, who had looked at 10 Hammersmith Grove, have signed for a sublet of around 40,000 sq ft of the building occupied by Disney.
Chiswick Park was recently acquired by China Investment Corporation.
