Blackstone has signed Pernod Ricard for 85,000 sq ft offices at its Building 7 on Chiswick Park.
Reports suggest Pernod Ricard is to consolidate a number of operations at the park while also expanding. Pernod already occupies 40,000 sq ft in Chiswick Park’s Building 12 which it will vacate. Reports suggest the Chivas Brothers business will move from Hammersmith.
It joins Danone, HH Saudi Research and Marketing, and Chinese state broadcaster CGTN as a Building 7 occupier.
Blackstone only owns Building 7, having sold the rest of the park to China Investment Corporation in 2014, but acts as asset manager for the whole of the 1.8m sq ft park.
