Countryside and Home Group have had revised plans for more than 300 new homes in buildings up to 16 storeys high in South Kilburn approved.
The plans for Peel Precinct, Neville Close and Canterbury Road involve the construction of seven new buildings containing 308 flats as well as a new gym and health centre. The plans were recommended for approval. The revisions to the plans had increased the quantum of affordable homes to 40 per cent from 18.5 per cent.
The design of the health centre had also been reconfigured based on advice from local clinical commissioning groups.
