The William Pears Group has exchanged on The Spires shopping centre in High Barnet.
The Barnet Times reports the group has exchanged contracts with current owners UBS Triton and is expected to complete the £35m deal in the next fortnight. This follows the collapse of an earlier deal with Redefine.
The deal includes the site of Barnet Market, which had been the subject of redevelopment plans. is badly in need of renovation.
