Pearceridge have had their plans to turn Dexion House & Howarine House into student accomodation approved.
The buildings, at 2-4 Empire Way in Wembley will be demolished and replaced with a John McAslan & Partners designed scheme rising to 17 storeys containing a 661 unit student accommodation facility with associated common-room space, community swimming-pool and fitness facilities, and commercial units.
The development has been designed to achieve “BREEAM very good”.
