Patrizia Immobilien has bought Coda Studios offices in Fulham for £39m.
The German investor bought the building through an actively managed fund focussed on the UK. Coda Studios is a 65,000 sq ft offices building containing 56 self-contained private suites, the largest being around 3,000 sq ft.
The buildig also has a gym, community lounge, on-site meeting room and garden.
