OPDC has approved schemes by Fruition Properties and Aurora Developments in Scrubs Lane.
The Fruition Properties scheme involves a 20 storey tower at 2 Scrubs Lane designed by Stiff + Trevillion architects. The existing building on the site will be demolished and replaced with the mixed use tower containing 85 homes, 225sqm of commercial space a nursery, and community space.
The Aurora Developments scheme, known as North Kensington Gate, designed by Make, is at 115-129A Scrubs Lane, and involves the demolition of the existing buildings and redevelopment of the site to provide a new building ranging from six storeys to 22 storeys over a new excavated basement containing 164 homes and 750sqm of ground floor commercial space.
