Despite nearly all London Boroughs applying for exemption from the planned inclusion of the conversion of office space to residential under permitted development, only parts of a few have been granted the exemption.
30 of 33 boroughs applied for the exemption, including all of the West London ones, but only parts of Wandsworth – Nine Elms – have been put on the approved list.
