The scheme, designed by Kohn Pedersen Fox, will create two buildings up to 58 storeys linked by a skybridge, which will form part of a new cluster of skyscrapers in the Nine Elms area.
It will provide up to 491 new homes, including affordable housing, new offices, a hotel, cafes, bars and other commercial space. There will also be a public viewing level on the 58th floor of the City Tower – which would be the tallest residential tower in Western Europe.
