OLF buys snowdrops

xmas 2011Harrow Council is continuing its Outer London Fund work with a new installation in the town centre.

The “snowdrops” which have replaced the giant tulips from last month are part of the OLF funded activity designed to revitalise Harrow Town Centre and to attract shoppers in the run up to, and beyond, Christmas.

Council leader and portfolio holder for planning and economic development, Keith Ferry said: “Supporting Harrow town centre and our district is one of the council’s top priorities.

“The council is working on a long-term vision to regenerate Harrow town centre and create a place where people want to live, work and be entertained.”
