The Old Vinyl Factory has signed three companies to occupy space in the Shipping Building.
SONOS, the american wireless music systems company, web hosting provider Host Europe Group and IT firm CHAMP Cargosystems have all signed for space. The building, part of the Development Securities and Cathedral Group redevelopment of the former EMI factory in Hayes, is now 85% let.
