Wembley Point – a 21 storey commercial building by Stonebridge Park station – is the subject of a prior approval notice for conversion to flats.
The tower, which overlooks the A406, is owned by Bravo Wembley, who have submitted a prior approval notice under permitted development rights to change the building in to 321 flats.
Brent Council will have to sign off on the travel, flooding and contamination mitigation – which may be an issue as the area has been known as at risk of flooding.
The building at present is occupied by a serviced offices and a gym. It has an extant permission to convert 15 floors in to a 306-bedroom hotel.
