Observatory redevelopment to complete

XLB and LREC expect to complete 25 Windsor Road in Slough in March 2017.

The 110,000 sq ft redevelopment of Observatory House, once the home of King George III’s private astronomer William Herschel, aims to create Slough town centre’s first new office development in over eight years.

25 Windsor Road has five storeys each around 18,500 sq ft and a 3,500 sq ft full height central atrium with cafe, collaborative working and break out spaces.

Simon Bowder at XLB, said: “The investment in Slough’s infrastructure and transport links and its proximity to London make it an ideal office location and 25 Windsor Road the perfect HQ building.”
