Oakdene approved in Hounslow

Oakdene Properties have had plans for a 101 home development in central Hounslow approved.

The plans involve the demolition of the buildings at 44-52 High Street, Hounslow, and their replacement with a nine storey building with retail at ground floor level and 61 flats on upper floors. They also invlove the addition of two floors to 26a-34 High Street and the conversion of the existing accomodation there to provide 40 homes.

The scheme has been designed to meet with Level 3 of the Code for Sustainable Homes.
