Redrow Homes have submitted detailed plans for a 145 home development in Whetstone.
The plans, by RMA Architects for the site of Northway House, at 1379 High Road, involve the extension, refurbishment, alteration and change of use of Northway House to provide for a residential led mixed use development containing 145 flats and a 2,000sqm commercial unit.
Barton Willmore Partnership are handling planning.
