Plans for a cluster of residential towers and a 133 bed hotel in North Acton have been approved.
The residential scheme by City & Docklands Property Group will provide 578 homes, and is on a site at 6 Portal Way. As well as a 42 storey tower, the scheme also includes smaller nine, 11, 32 storey buildings. 30% of the homes will be affordable while more than half site will be retained as public open space.
The same planning meeting approved plans by SEGRO to convert Monarch House on the Victoria Industrial Estate, on Victoria Road, from offices in to a 133-bed hotel. Deloitte acted for SEGRO on the plans for the former home of the now defunct Park Royal Partnership.
