Development Securities is reported to have ended discussions with Pernod Ricard over taking space in 10 Hammersmith Grove.
CoStar reports DevSec have put the three floors which Pernod has expressed interest in back on the market after terms could not be agreed. UKTV are also in talks on the building.
The building, phase one of two, was speculatively developed and forward funded by Scottish Widows. DevSecs intend to build out phase 2 in the same way.
