Nine Elms launches website

LB Wandsworth have launched a new website has been launched to showcase what they term “the city’s biggest investment opportunity”, Nine Elms.

The multi-billion pound regeneration programme aims to transform this 195 hectare riverside district into a brand new residential and business quarter. Now “Nine Elms London” aims to provide the latest information and insights on the regeneration programme and sets out the investment, business and job opportunities now being created.

The new website includes an interactive map, an image gallery, an events calendar and information pages on key aspects of the development programme including the Northern line extension, linear park and plans for a new Thames bridge.

Nine Elms programme director Helen Fisher said: “The new website offers a new window into this enormous regeneration scheme and sets out our vision for a brand new part of Central London .

“We’re creating 25,000 new jobs, 16,000 new homes and transforming an entire district of the city – it’s a project of national importance and we want local residents, Londoners and investors to have easy access to the latest news and developments.”
