Nine Elms joins with Place West London

NineElms_Brandmark_RGBThe Nine Elms Vauxhall Partnership will be joining with the Place West London conference taking place on October 23.

The Partnership involves both LB Wandsworth and LB Lambeth, and adds significantly to the opportunity on show at the event, which already covers the boroughs of Hammersmith & Fulham, Harrow, Hounslow, Hillindon, Brent, and Ealing, with plans for 16,000 homes and enough employment space to support 25,000 new permanent jobs.

Nine Elms on the South Bank is a 195 hectares opportunity area including Vauxhall town centre, Battersea Power Station, the site of the new US Embassy in London and the UK’s largest fresh produce market – New Covent Garden Market.

There will be a workshop in the Place West London programme focussed on Nine Elms, with public and private sector speakers talking about the developments, the opportunities, the vision, and the progress being made.
