Aviva Investors has completed two more lettings at Uxbridge Industrial Park, meaning the site is now fully let less than a year after completion.
The two deals total 171,000 sq ft of industrial space, with Unit UX1 at 134,000 sq ft, and UX2, at 37,000 sq ft. The third unit was let pre-completion in 2018.
Netflix will take the entire 134,000 Sq. ft UX1 Building ahead of their move to Shepperton Studios where they will set up a permanent UK production hub.
