ISIS Waterside are to release the third tranche of homes at Brentford Lock West – Bowline Court – to the market.
Bowline Court is a collection bedroom apartments similar to those released earlier in The Halyards and The Arbor. The homes will be built to Code Level 4.
Brentford Lock West is a five year project which, as well as new homes, will deliver new community spaces and commercial buildings, helping to create new jobs for the area.
Katie Sully, Development Director at ISIS Waterside Regeneration, says: “Based on the popularity of our previous launch days and the number of people who have already registered their details on our database, we expect the release of properties at Bowline Court to attract a high level of interest. “
As part of the overall scheme, ISIS is also working in conjunction with the Canal & River Trust to make a number of improvements to the moorings at Brentford Lock. These improvements will include the addition of new visitor mooring and hook up points and the installation of a new floating pontoon to be used by the local canoe club. Further enhancements will also be made to widen the canal towpath, providing better access and a safer walkway for new and existing residents.
