New plans have been submitted for a redevelopment of Hayes Gate House.
The plans have been submitted by Hayes Gate House Ltd and are replacement plans for an extant, but close to time-expired permission from LB Hillingdon for the site at 27 Uxbridge Road, Hayes. They are designed by Child Graddon Lewis, and involve change of use of Hayes gate house from office to hotel and conference facilities, alterations to Hayes Gate House building, and the construction of a freestanding three storey media centre.
