UBS has said it intends to submit plans for improvements for Barnet Market.
The group, which also owns The Spires shopping centre in High Barnet, took ownership of the St Albans Road market last year. Now the Barnet Times reports it is looking to resurface the site and deal with drainage issues, and to replace the boundary hoardings with post and rail fencing trees.
