Southern Grove and Metropolitan Thames Valley have submitted revised plans for their 55 West affordable tower in Ealing.
The new plans Involve a 19 storey building in place of the formerly proposed 26 storey tower. It would provide 144 homes along with a communal rood garden, private and communal amenity space.
The plans for the site at 53-55 Drayton Green Road, 51 – 56 Manor Road, and Argyle Road, on Drayton Green, have been designed by DMWR. Newsteer are handling planning.
