Otaki Holdings plans for a new Premier Inn on the Uxbridge Road in Ealing have been approved.
The outline plans for 24 Uxbridge Road will produce a rear ground floor extension to the existing hotel restaurant and a raised undercroft/entry foyer in front of the existing building with 15-storeys above providing 14 floors of hotel accommodation including 91 rooms with a further penthouse floor to be used either as a restaurant/bar or a further 6 hotel rooms.
