New completion for St Andrews

The latest phase of the St. Andrew’s Park redevelopment of RAF Uxbrdge has been marked with a ceremony to celebrate the topping out of the new residential blocks.

The £90m development is the latest instalment in the St Modwen project which has seen the RAF Uxbridge base transformed into 1,300 new homes, a new public park and commercial facilities. This stage, built by Gallifrd Try, includes the construction of a further 249 homes spread over four blocks which will be offered in a range of ownerships and tenures.

Matthew Pool, Galliford Try London and South East Managing Director, commented: “Being part of the creation of a new community such as this is extremely rewarding for all involved, particularly when it is in our own backyard in Uxbridge.”

Tim Seddon, Property Director – South East for St. Modwen added: “These four apartment blocks are an important addition to the availabililty and accessibility of homes in the area. We are looking forward to the further phases and other key milestones in the delivery of St. Andrew’s Park.”
