The latest phase of the St. Andrew’s Park redevelopment of RAF Uxbrdge has been marked with a ceremony to celebrate the topping out of the new residential blocks.
The £90m development is the latest instalment in the St Modwen project which has seen the RAF Uxbridge base transformed into 1,300 new homes, a new public park and commercial facilities. This stage, built by Gallifrd Try, includes the construction of a further 249 homes spread over four blocks which will be offered in a range of ownerships and tenures.
