Pure Data Centres Group have submitted detailed plans for a data centre on the North Circular Road near Brent Cross.
The plans, designed by Scot Brownrigg for 1 – 5 JVC Business Park & JVC House, at 12 Priestley Way, involve alterations and extensions to the existing building to include roof plant and a generator compound extension, and new external buildings to house a power plant and gate house.
The development has been designed to achieve a BREEAM Very Good rating.
