Zed Homes has submitted plans for its Abbey Manufacturing Estate development.
The plans, designed by Broadway Malyan for a site at 1-26A Coachworks & Storage, Edwards Yard, in Alperton, involve the demolition of the existing buildings and the construction of a mixed use development of buildings ranging between 3 and 16 storeys in height, containing 680 new homes, 218 of which would be affordable, along with flexible commercial floor space, affordable work spaces and community use space.
