Paradigm Land has received the green light for a £125million residential development in Hounslow. The Mayfair-based developer will build 213 flats at the 100,000 sq ft site between Gunnersbury Park and the M4 flyover after receiving planning approval.
The one and two-bedroom flats, that will start from £270,000, will be based at the former five-storey offices of oil and gas giant Worley Parsons.
The project marks the start of Paradigm’s Apt Living concept, which will build property aimed at first-time buyers. Help to Buy units will be available at the site. The firm has enlisted MSMR Architects to work on the scheme, close to Kew Bridge Station.
