Network moves on Alperton

Network BandQ AlpertonNetwork appoint J S Wright for Alperton B&Q redevelopment.

Hill Residential and Network Housing Group have appointed JS Wright to deliver the £6.5m building services element of the £100m development which will include 54 apartments for shared ownership and 57 homes offered at affordable rent.

There will also be courtyard gardens and 15,000sq ft of commercial space.

The services contract includes a combined heat and power boiler, a low pressure hot water system, boosted cold water distribution services, mechanical extract and heat recovery systems.

The gateway project is part of a masterplan by Brent Council to create a family neighbourhood, complete with a new school and shops, health centre and business premises for Alperton which has fast Tube links to the West End.
