Wembley based Network Housing Association has submitted detailed plans for a £7m development on Goldhawk Road.
The scheme involves redevelopment of the site at 258 Goldhawk Road. The new building will be part 4 storey, part 6 storey construction providing a 436sqm retail unit facing goldhawk road on part of the ground floor, and 46 residential units on the remainder of the ground and upperfloor levels consisting of 6 studios, 14 one bedroom units, 21 two bedroom units and 5 three bedroom units. 5 units are for general needs rent, 8 for shared ownership and 6 for discount market sale.
The development also includes 40 associated off street parking spaces at basement level, provision of amenity space, refuse stores, cycle parking and landscaping.
