Neptune Point inquiry opens

The Public Inquiry into the Parkridge scheme for the former Travis Perkins site opened this week.

The mixed use scheme would include a Sainsbury's store, and 146 apartments in a six-storey building. There are a reasonable number of local objectors, despite the proposed £800,000 section 106 payments for improvements to local social and physical infrastructure.
