Neat Developments and Royal London Asset Management have had revised plans for the residential redevelopment of the Capitol Way industrial estate in Brent approved.
The new plans designed by Dunnett Craven for the site on Capitol Way in Colindale will deliver 501 homes in six buildings ranging between four and twelve storeys along with commercial floorspace. The scheme also includes a part two part three storey commercial building with basement car parking.
The previous plans, approved in 2018, allowed for 414 homes in buildings up to nine storeys.
