Move back on for Harper Collins?

The announcement from News Corp that it is to let space in the smaller tower next to The Shard – known as “Baby Shard” – and bring all its brands together could mean that the proposed move for Harper Collins away from Hammersmith is back on.

Harper Collins had been slated to move to the new campus planned for Wapping – a move which was stopped by the sale of that site to Berkeley Homes. However, the move to “Baby Shard” of 3,500 central London staff is likely to mean that the publisher’s exit from Hammersmith s back on.

Harper Collins presently occupy a building at 77-85 Fulham Palace Road.
