Plans have been submitted to convert two floors of a Harrow town centre office block into flats.
Harrow The Hub Investments has submitted plans to Harrow Borough Council to covert two floors of offices in First National House, in College Road. It has consent to refurbish the block with change of use to education, to host St Patrick’s College, a gym, and a Tesco.
The plans would convert the first and second floors of the block in to 24 flats.
They follow plans for the conversion of Congress House into residential, and make Harrow look like an office-to-resi hotspot.
