Tesco has added more homes to its plans for the Hillingdon Circus site.
The initial application contained 53 homes. Now after acquiring some neighbouring land from Hillingdon Council, the application has grown to 125 homes. A food-focussed 3,500 sq ft Tesco store is still at the heart of the scheme, along with an 84-bedroom Premier Inn hotel and other retail units.
Matt Magee from Tesco told the Uxbridge Gazette: “This plan adds some extra land for additional homes and family houses. This means we are certain it is the best plan for the area and are ready to begin regeneration and job creation immediately if the council approves it.”
