Montreaux has acquired a 2.6 acre site in Friern Barnet for a 200 home luxury residential scheme which will also include an Aldi supermarket.
The developer bought the former Fiat car dealership site in Colney Hatch for a reported £16m. Montreaux will develop 200 flats and a 20,000 sq ft supermarket. It is expected they will submit a planning application in the first quarter of 2020, with construction work targetted to start in the fourth quarter.
