Montpelier aims to spend £12m

Montpelier has applied to Brent Council to build 3 buildings of up to eight storeys next to Central Middlesex Hospital.

The development is intended for mixed commercial or medical use, and comprises construction of three buildings of between 5 and 8 storeys on land next to central middlesex hospital.

It aims to provide a creche or primary health-care facility, some retail and restaurant facilities on the ground floor; care and treatment facilities and medical research or administration offices on upper floors. There is new vehicular access onto acton lane, refuse storage, a loading bay, and car-parking, and associated landscaping.
