A private client has submitted plans for a resi/office scheme just off the North End Road.
The Studio E designed scheme involves the demolition of the two-storey building at 6 Gorleston Street, near the junction with Hammersmith Road, and its replacement with a part three part four-storey building including 9 residential units and 850sqm of office space.
