Metropolitan Thames Valley has submitted plans to redevelop the Mills Grove Estate in Barnet.
The plans involve the demolition of 102 houses and flats at Westhorpe Gardens and Mills Grove in Hendon and their replacement with 251 new homes in blocks of up to seven storeys, mostly affordable.
Residents on the estate recently voted in favour of the regeneration in the first ballot of its kind held under new rules introduced by Mayor of London Sadiq Khan.
