Meyer Bergman has submitted plans for a 293 home development on a site in Hounslow acquired from Tesco.
Meyer Bergman acquired the site next to Hounslow bus garage from Tesco as part of a portfolio in 2015, Now Meyer Homes has submitted plans designed by Pollard Thomas Edwards for 293 homes in buildings up to twelve storeys, with 900 sqm of commercial space on the ground floor. 38 homes would be affordable.
Tesco had consent in 2012 for a new supermarket on the 1.22 hectare site then occupied by Hounslow House – an office block – and a warehouse. Subsequent plans for a 250 homes development including a 21-storey tower were refused.
