Metro reawaken Clapham Junction plan

Metro Shopping Fund have shortlisted architects for a rework of their stalled redevelopment at Clapham Junction.

According to reports in the Architects Journal, the LandSec and Delancey joint venture Metro Shopping Fund has shortlisted HawkinsBrown, AHMM, BDP, Wilkinson Eyre and Farrells to look at the 3.4ha plot next to Clapham junction station.

Metro had submitted plans for a Collado Collins designed scheme in 2009, but subsequently withdrew them after the scheme was recommended for refusal.
