Plans have been approved for a 31 home development on a former care home site in Barnet.
The plans, by CgMs for a private client, will produce 23 flats and 8 houses on the Merrivale site in East Road. The plans involve the demolition of the vacant care home and construction a two storey terrace of houses, and two three storey blocks containing the flats.
