SEGRO has completed a 5,535 sq ft letting at Westway Estate to Markus Automative, a bespoke car manufacturer specialising in the transformation of classic cars into electric powered vehicles.
Westway Estate in Park Royal is now fully let as a result of the deal.
SEGRO have recently added a bus stand and welfare block to the estate, and plan to upgrade security with the installation of CCTV and a new gatehouse to monitor and control access to the estate.
Alan Holland, Business Unit Director for Greater London, SEGRO, said: “We are delighted to welcome Markus Automotive to Westway Estate. This letting completes the line-up of customers at the newly redeveloped estate, demonstrating the continued appetite from occupiers for well-located, modern industrial buildings close to major conurbations.”
Vadim Shagaleev, Managing Director, Markus Automotive Ltd said: “We are extremely pleased to have worked with SEGRO to find out new home at the Westway Estate. We were looking for a large and modern space for our new site and this unit ticks all of the boxes for us.”
