The Singapore government-backed investment company Mapletree has agreed a deal for new offices in the WestWorks building in White City.
They will take 14,000 sq ft in the building, which is part of Stanhope, Mitsui Fudosan and AIMCo’s White City Place development. It is moving from smaller premises in Hammersmith in what is a significnat expansion.
Mapletree owns the Green Park business park in Reading, and assets in Manchester, Coventry and elsewhere.
