The Xerox European HQ office buildings in Uxbridge have been sold, and could be converted into homes.
The buildings – Waterside and Riverside – have been sold along with Bridge House in a move that could take out almost 150,000 sq ft of Uxbridge’s employment space. The private buyer paid £42.5m to the previous owner Legal & General.
It is understood that the conversion of Bridge House – the largest of the three – will begin immediately, but that the other two buildings would not be converted until Xerox’s lease expires in 2020. The conversion would produce 237 homes.
