SEGRO has announced two new lets at its West London Estates – Magnet and Evonik have both leasd new space.
Magnet, the kitchen supplier, has moved into unit 7 on the Frogmore Industrial Estate on a 15 year lease. Meanwhile Evonik MET Ltd, a core speciality chemicals business, has taken unit 6 on the Greenford Park Estate on a 10 year lease.
Magnet’s new 1,600sqm unit is to be a new trade warehouse, a relocation of the Willesden branch. Evonik will use their facility as a new laboratory, production and workshop space.
