Mae Architects has received approval for the Sands End Arts and Community Centre scheme in Fulham.
The centre will be set within its own garden space and aims to provide rooms and spaces suitable for a variety of activities including social and educational functions, clubs, meetings and events.
The 660sqm scheme also involves the refurbishment of Clancarty Lodge.
